Port Fairy Rod Run 2016

The usual group of people headed for Port Fairy on Thursday 7th January. Peter and Ann, Bill and Kerin, Nick and Kaye, Bob and Ann and some family and friends.

This year the format changed slightly in that the Saturday night Dinner Dance was changed to a sit down lunch after a cruise around town and the evening consisted of a cruise event in the main town area. This worked well, was not too crowded with cars and attracted a large number of local and visiting bystanders.

The sunday show and shine filled the oval with over 400 cars and 150 bikes. The gates were closed just before lunch. This was a first for this run.

After lunch presentations were made with Bob taking out Top Open with his 32 Roadster and Kaye Post 48 with her 57 Chev.

Another enjoyable run for those who attended.
